DISTRICT SALES MANAGER – METABOLIC (ANKARA)
 


Demonstrating effective leadership and coaching creates teams that are committed to affiliate vision, mission and values; reveals their potential and ensures their development. RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer Focus


  • Understanding customer-related prior needs and subjects in his/her region and identifying necessary resources to create value for them.

Analyzing, Prioritizing and Planning                                                                               


  • Making regional analysis based on environmental factors, regional trends, and performance gap.
  • Developing a regional business plan based on prioritized opportunities and ensuring that the team adopts this plan.

Taking Initiative, Initiating Action and Getting/Sharing Results


  • Being a courageous leader in actualizing prioritized business plans.
  • Taking initiative and ensuring that the others are taking the initiative as well.
  • Evaluating the outcomes regularly and sharing them with his/her supervisor or team.

Developing a High Performance/High Integrity


  • Selecting/developing/retaining talent.
  • In order to meet each employee’s needs, adapt coaching and leadership styles appropriately.
  • Setting high standards and expectations for team performance and harmony and being accountable for the outcomes with his/her team.

Leadership in the Period of Change


  • Following change personally, being inquisitive and discovering all kinds of need for change eagerly.
  • Inspiring team members to embrace change when needed by using change management techniques and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree, master's degree is an asset
  • 6-8 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Intermediate-level English or above (both verbal and written)
  • Effective use of MS Office programs
  • Having a driver’s license and actively driving
  • Flexible to travel
