Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for excellence in project execution and customer satisfaction? At Elekta, we are seeking a West Africa Order Fulfilment Director to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the seamless execution of our projects.



This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker who will assess project feasibility, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze sales pipelines to deliver world-class solutions. As the OF Director, you will be responsible for revenue forecasting, contractual financials, and project planning, ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded.

Note* This role will be based out of Morocco



What you’ll do at Elekta



  • End-to-end project management following Elekta’s quality standards and procedures to ensure successful execution as measured by territory goals and customer satisfaction.



  • Accountable for forecasting and reporting projects allocated to his/her projects team.



  • Conduct contract financial reviews to set appropriate milestones for revenue recognition, ensuring accurate invoicing and monitoring receivables for all projects under their direction.



  • Manage and achieve revenue goals set for the subregion.



  • In collaboration with Project Managers, perform project risk assessments to identify and appropriately manage issues identified.



  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects, mitigating Elekta exposure and risk.



  • Lead the projects team on hosting regular project status meetings, generating project status reports for customers and project files, and holding final status meetings to confirm customer satisfaction.



  • Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization across projects.



  • Manage and assess the Project Managers’ team skills map, career and education programming according to business needs, and support them in achieving KPIs.



  • Work in close collaboration with the Clusters Channel Managers, Regional Sales and Service in the Region, and Global Order Fulfilment and Commercial Operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



What you bring:



  • Minimum 5 years of Medical Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred).



  • Understanding of radiotherapy and neuroscience systems and supporting SW systems.



  • Previous experience of revenue management and forecasting.



  • Proven people management experience (required).



  • Fluent in MS Office applications.



  • Fluent English (written and spoken).



  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
