We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Solutions Specialist at Roche Pharma Turkey.
You will contribute to the development, deployment & adoption of the empowerment of healthcare professionals, improvements in stakeholders’ journeys, empowerment of healthcare systems & providers, stakeholder engagement, and medical content management projects. You will act as ownership of various projects, business & agility products, digital health solutions, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing & executing digital customer engagement strategy and data initiatives by partnering with marketing & commercial members within the Disease Area Teams, connecting channels, and bridging between functions (marketing, sales, medical interface) to ensure a seamless optimal customer engagement experience.
- Developing & executing communication, enablement & adoption plans that support the establishment of an omnichannel approach through digital & data platforms/initiatives including but not limited to digital customer engagement initiatives, online initiatives, social media channels, HCP portals, patient portals, and value-added solutions.
- Running and providing digital engagement performance monitoring and measurement reports (including both marketing and sales digital execution), Executing and supporting outcome analysis, impact analysis, ROI analysis, and channel effectiveness analysis.
- Ensuring and/or supporting the Disease Area team that the presentation of company, brands, content, targeting, coverage, and communication is consistent across all channels and being accountable for results: executing specific, measurable, actionable, and time-related deployments with clear success and metrics. Managing assigned owned channels and supporting the management of other affiliate channels.
- Developing, supporting, and executing training to enablers and PpoCs (Primary Point of Contacts) to identify, and optimally leverage, internal (cross-functionally and cross-brands) and external (competitors and other categories/industries) digital best practices to achieve optimal customer experience and positive behavioral change.
- Improving capabilities within medical teams, disease area teams, finance teams, or other related teams regarding customer engagement channels & content lifecycle.
- Directs the planning, execution, coordination, and support of digital platform features & operations. Works towards carrying out day-to-day business requirements of maintaining our digital platforms while working together with internal & external stakeholders.
- Conducts and prepares feasibility studies or other research for new digital platforms, applications, or revisions to existing digital technologies. Develop new features/ projects and constantly endeavor to improve existing ones. Review the current status of digital platforms and applications and prepare recommendations for improvements.
- Prepares project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules. Prepares and presents project proposals to management and user departments. Follow up the processes from A - Z such as planning, design, development, testing, launch, and promotion in coordination with related parties.
- Establishes digital customer engagement solution standards, governance & documentation requirements. Production of engagement documentation or related materials.
- Monitors design process and prepares reports on customer engagement projects. Following up interactions with related departments/stakeholders. Preparing monthly, weekly or ad-hoc reports, and following up on business KPIs.
- Utilizing communication materials, tools & resources. Preparing presentations utilizing innovative and creative digital media.
Who You Are
- You graduated from Medical, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or Social Sciences domains or you hold any other Bachelor's Degree.
- You are characterized by your highly developed analytical skills, bringing curiosity and a willingness to learn, analytical skills, systematic way of working, accuracy, punctuality, and reliability.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a collaborative team player, you have strong team spirit and high social competencies.
- You have a high sense of responsibility and integrity. You work independently, are reliable, and creative, and contribute your own ideas.
- You are comfortable working with MS Office, and Google Suite.
- You are comfortable in communications and scientific content.
- You have proficiency in English.
- You have the ability to build relationships and work in the project team, trust, and influence with internal clients and other key stakeholders.
- You have excellent organizational skills and strong project management skills. You have keen awareness and adherence to deadlines.
- Prior experience in one or more areas such as marketing, product management, digital marketing, digital health, digital solutions, customer engagement, communications, and project delivery is desirable
