What you’ll do

Leading the Corporate IT Systems Team to assure successful management and continuous development of all aspects of Enterprise IT and successful management of Service Structure in order to provide high quality Digital Workplace, Technical Infrastructure, support services directly to Enterprise Users and Dealers.


•    Leading employee experience digitalization and transformation projects
•    Delivering IT services in order to improve business processes, labour productivity and employee engagement
•    Lead feasibility studies and leading creation of business justification documents to initiate development & innovation projects
•    Lead Strategic Vendor and Service Provider selections; manage Service Level Agreements and Vendor relations
•    Provide leadership in Enterprise IT Strategy, operations, cost-optimization, ROI,  Business Value models, innovation and efficiency improvements
•    Recommends investments in cost-effective services. Assess technical and financial impact of solutions, services and staffing, considering option as purchasing & sourcing and/or in-house development
•    Collaborate with appropriate departments and Group Functions to develop and execute Strategic Information Technology plans to meet technology & business requirements
•    Keep all assigned Enterprise IT systems fully compliant to Security Policies, Audit & Quality Systems Requirements
•    Managing / supporting global based projects with international stakeholders e.g. DFL and FFL Migrations, Domain Decommissions, Security Hardenings
•    Continual research on new & emerging technologies to provide customer satisfaction

•    Active Directory & Back Office Systems
•    Messaging Systems; Exchange, Exchange Online, 
•    Virtual Desktop Infrastructure ; Xen Desktop, Xen App 
•    Unified Collaboration ; Teams, Webex, Zoom, Skype
•    Central Client Management Systems ; SCCM, SCOM, DEX Management
•    Digital Signage Systems & Content Management
•    Printing & Imaging Systems ; Secure Printing, Mobile Printing
•    Digital Workplace & End-User Productivity Solutions : O365 Solutions
•    End-User Computing ; Hardware Environment for End-Users
•    End-User Support Services ; L1 Help Desk Operations, VIP Support Operations
•    Enterprise License Management




Who you are

•    University Degree (Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education or related experience)
•    At least 5-8 years of experience in medium/large organizations
•    Proven working experience as operations manager at least 3 years .
•    Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
•    Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices
•    Exceptional work ethic and time management skills, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, good prioritization skills, 
•    Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with peers and cross-functional team members from a variety of business functions 
•    Effective presentation, reporting and documentation skills  
•    Ability to improve personal capabilities and skills under changing technology environments
•    Positive, pleasant, customer focused attitude and result oriented
•    Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
•    Good command of written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate / Advanced)
