Are you a tech-savvy problem solver?
Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and help keep our organization running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from hardware troubleshooting to software installations.
What you'll do:

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common applications
  • Manage device installations, moves, and changes for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Support various IT projects, such as software deployments and network upgrades
  • Maintain and optimize IT assets, including inventory management and hardware/software upgrades
  • Assist with data migration and recovery processes
  • Provide excellent customer service to all users, including VIP support

Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong technical skills, including:
  • Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of common desktop applications (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell)
