Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Derivative Products and Waste Water Treatment Chief to join our team. S(he) will be responsible for aligning operational and environmental management strategies with the specific goals of the Lüleburgaz site. You will ensure that wastewater treatment facilities operate in compliance with legal requirements, oversee the production of by-products at the required quality standards, and lead environmental sustainability projects. While enhancing process efficiency, you will motivate your team, support their development, and take on a leadership role to ensure operational excellence.


  • Ensure and manage the factory's wastewater treatment activities in compliance with legal requirements
  • Oversee the production of by-products at the quality standards defined by the Quality Department and as requested by the Derivative Products&Sales Directorate
  • Monitor and control the operations of the Biological Wastewater Treatment and Evaporation Facilities
  • Plan and implement necessary actions in line with the Environmental Management System and relevant legal regulations
  • Plan and deliver training tailored to the needs of the team, motivate them, and support them in achieving high efficiency in work processes
  • Lead and implement projects and initiatives focused on improving quality, increasing production, and reducing costs
  • Work in compliance with Quality and Food Safety, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations and fulfill assigned tasks accordingly

Qualifications
  • Graduated from Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities
  • Preferably experienced in wastewater treatment and evaporation processes
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs effectively
  • Possesses strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Experienced in team management, with the ability to enhance team motivation and provide effective leadership
