Customer Service Specialist

About the role


Currently, for our Health & Medical Business Unit, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will provide timely and effectively support to customers, a sales team, unit, or department focusing on more complex and/or important services and processing non-routine activities that deviate from established standards.


The position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is be based in Kartal, Istanbul office and working on a hybrid pattern which will be 3 days in the office with a flexibility to work 2 days from home.

What You will do:
  • Being responsible for end-to-end process for medical products; Purchase order, Import operation, Customer Orders, Shipment to customer and Invoicing


  • Close follow-up with Regulatory affairs department registrations of the products (ÜTS)


  • Close contact and coordination with third party logistics providers (warehouse and transporters) in order to reach customers’ requirements


  • By taking into consideration logistics costs, organizing shipments with third party logistics partners


  • Manage return process, register into the system


  • Responsible for logistics complaints and registration into the system


  • Responsible for Service Level, transport costs KPI’s and order to billing reports


  • Coordinate with sales force new customers registration into the system


  • Being part of local and global projects


Who You are:
  • University degree in Business administration or similar


  • Fluent English and Turkish


  • 2-3 years of experience in Order to Billing and Logistics


  • SAP or ERP experience


  • Strong communication and result-oriented


  • Development oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
