Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team with a 1 year fixed-term contract in Istanbul office and execute the following responsibilities:


  • Track order processes, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on all order-related processes,
  • Evaluate customer complaints and resolve them professionally,
  • Implement brand service strategies,
  • Implement initiatives that improve the service provided to customers and the speed of response,
  • Proactively discuss supply chain issues and provide alternatives,
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets,
  • Perform other duties related to the Customer Service department.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2+ years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
  • Good level of English both written & oral
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
  • Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
