Job Description

Our interns are the future of our organization, and this is your opportunity to have your voice heard. You will be contributing meaningful work to the GSK Turkey Pharma Supply Chain business by leading your own projects and reporting out on key business solutions to executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Have an excellent opportunity to gain an understanding of the complexities of supplying a range of pharmaceutical products to patients.
  • Gain an all-round view of supply chain management within a large, global pharmaceutical company.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service & Logistics Team and perform administrative support for the team when required.
  • Track inbound shipments and ensure all shipping documents have been received and are accurate.
  • Develops and maintains weekly KPI reports on findings within the operational task force.
  • Retrieve, organize, and analyze logistics data to make informed recommendations to management for operational / cost optimizations.

Basic Qualifications


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:


  • 3rd or 4th-year university student in engineering or a related field
  • Able to work a minimum 3 days a week
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent written & communication skills in English
  • Results-driven with robust analytical skills and the desire to innovate and simplify current processes and practices
  • Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment

Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous internship experience, if it’s an experience in a related field or business, is even better
  • Be flexible on the location: work from home / rare visits to Istanbul HQ Office
