What you will do


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service and Ordering Specialist to join our team in İzmir, Gaziemir. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.


How you will do


  • Process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., production, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

What we look for


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in order handling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficieny is English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
