Job Description

As HotelRunner, We’re looking for a great Customer Engagement Specialist ready to take on some serious hacking for our İzmir R&D Office.

We aim to create a platform that enables hotels and travel agencies to reach travelers worldwide in order to maximize profits and revenues.

About The Job


  • Conducting quality analysis in terms of response rate and content for facilities that communicate through chat, pulling reports, and reporting to management.
  • Answering calls on the office's main line, directing them to the relevant person, or taking notes and relaying them.
  • Monitoring emails sent to the office's email address and responding to requests from internal/external clients.
  • Contacting facilities that have canceled their membership, learning the reasons for cancellation, and reporting them.
  • Reporting the total number of individuals/calls and durations on a daily basis.
  • Contacting customers with outstanding balances and taking action to close the existing receivable balance.

Requirements


  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer services department
  • Self-learner, independent, and a great team player
  • Passionate about solving complex product problems
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Advanced level of English
  • Living in İzmir
