As an Intern, you will support Customer Care team in Turkey, which provides organizational support and services to other members within the organization. The Team manages all internal & external requests, oversees the order and item activities.
Internship detail:
• Start date: April
• Duration: 6 months
• Working time: 40 h/week
• Working model: hybrid (at least 2 days at office)
• Location: Istanbul
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Representing company to external and internal customers, answering product-related questions, tracing lost shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders for the shipping department, taking orders or registrations
• Managing web-based ordering or registrations, confers with management regarding customer credits, returns goods for credit, identifies quality assurance complaints, and writes price differentials on mail orders
• Approving allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions and adjustments
• Managing inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels
• Reporting on Customer Care team activities
Required knowledge:
• Recent graduate or currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Economy, or in a Medical field
• Fluency in English is required (B2 or above)
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Interested in optimization and improvement work
• Openness to learning operational systems usage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Would be a plus:
• Creative problem-solving ability with customer focus
• Eager to learn & develop
• Basic knowledge of Systems, Applications and Products system
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management is welcome, but not required
