We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be assigned as “Customer Care Executive (Report Control)” in the Supplier Management Department.

  • Graduated from related departments of universities
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field
  • Good command of MS Office programs 
  • High work follow-up and sense of responsibility
  • High communication focus, attentive
  • Prone to teamwork
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Very good command of English.

 JOB DESCRIPTION


  • To check the reports of the programs for which he/she is competent and responsible in accordance with the applicable SOP and customer/program requirements
  • After the report control process, to create and record “report control forms” in which the report control result and report quality are reported
  • Communicating report control results to supervisors
  • To record statistics on the errors detected as a result of the report control and to bring them to the attention of the audit team in processes such as calibration meetings
  • To be familiar with the work instructions of the programs for which he/she is responsible.
