  • Graduated from related departments of universities (Preferably graduated from Chemistry, Chemical Engineering departments)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to use MS Office programs effectively
  • Customer-oriented
  • Very good verbal and written communication
  • Attentive, dynamic, fast learner
  • Decision-making skills
  • Residing in Istanbul European Side
  • Completed military service (for male candidates)

 JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Organizing Social Compliance audits in consultation with the auditor team and suppliers of own brand (OB) or branded products within the scope of the audit
  • Preparing Social Compliance audit plans 
  • Following audit reports, communicating audit results to the supplier, relevant category, own brands department, recording them in the brand's digital system and related files
  • When necessary and within the authority of the responsible personnel, to make a request to the relevant category and Master data operation department to define an order block for the relevant supplier for the suppliers whose work must be suspended due to the audit result
  • Submitting the list of suspended suppliers to both the relevant category and master data operations team on a monthly basis
  • Requesting action plans from suppliers for nonconformities identified as a result of audits and following up on action plans
  • Provide technical and legal information support on Social Compliance audits to suppliers and categories upon request
  • Ensuring that the information in the SSM database, which is the global social compliance audit tracking system, is up-to-date, reviewing the monthly reports automatically sent by SSM and forwarding the necessary comments and requests to the global CR team
  • 6 months Reporting the results of the audit
  • In order to support the quality assurance practices of our own branded products (OB); preparing product identification cards in accordance with legal regulations and company demands before the products go on the aisle, ensuring that the product analyzes are completed before the product is offered for sale, preparing product passports in communication with the supplier, checking label information, examining and approving the final product sample before going on the aisle
  • To check the product identification card and label information of our imported own-brand (OB) products according to legal regulations and to follow up other necessary documents (such as analysis reports, certificates)
  • Analyzing our own branded (OB) products periodically, sharing the results with suppliers and category departments, requesting corrective actions from suppliers when necessary, providing data for supplier performance monitoring and recording data for report preparation
  • Analyzing brand products periodically when necessary, sharing the results with suppliers and category departments, requesting corrective actions from suppliers when necessary, providing data for supplier performance monitoring and recording data for report preparation
  • Checking the label information of branded products when necessary and informing the categories
  • Following legal regulations, updating product ID cards when necessary and informing categories and stores
  • Providing technical and legal information and support on product safety and quality issues for categories and stores upon request.
