Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant Specialist which will be key role in ensuring excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support to clients. This role involves working closely with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Support & Communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting basic product or service issues.
2. Issue Resolution & Escalation
  • Address customer complaints, investigate problems, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
3. Order & Service Coordination
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics, sales, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvements.
  • Support loyalty and retention programs by engaging with customers proactively.
5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports on customer inquiries, complaints, and service performance.
  • Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, order processing software, and MS Office.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in [language requirements].
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Multitasking & Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Willingness to collaborate with different departments and adapt to changing customer needs.
