Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Improvement, supports and drives the growth of commercial capabilities within the Customer and Commercial Leadership (CCL) team. This role focuses on identifying development areas, creating learning paths, and managing training resources for both franchise and bottler organizations. Additionally, the role involves defining integrated execution strategies, managing system programs like the Execution Cup, and conducting capability assessments to discover growth paths for the entire system.
Work That Matters The Most:
- Conduct commercial, channel, and customer capability assessments to identify improvement areas and develop actionable plans.
- Develop structured learning paths leveraging internal and outsourced training programs to improve customer and channel capabilities needed to deliver LRP/ABP strategies by Coca Cola company and bottler organizations.
- Create a platform to host diverse learning content, assess current knowledge levels, guide prioritization on focus areas, and track development progress.
- Support the implementation of an integrated execution framework for initiative preparations, balancing complexity with clear timelines and requirements.
- Assist in the design and coordination of the annual Excellence Cup programs across the OU.

- Manage system programs to enhance commercial and execution capabilities.
- Assess commercial, channel, and customer capabilities to identify areas of improvement.
- Turn insights from assessments into actionable plans for capability growth.
Communication Focus:
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including franchise and bottler leadership teams.
- Collaborate with content owners, training providers, and other relevant departments to ensure the availability of training resources.
- Interface with senior management to align integrated execution strategies with business priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in Customer and Commercial roles.
- Strong skills in commercial and channel management.
- Proven strategic and analytical skills, with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience with Bottler and/or Customer organizations is desirable.
