Configure CRM systems to align with company goals by developing modules, workflows, and automation. Collaborate with partners, sales, and customer service teams to design and generate reports and dashboards. Use insights from CRM data to contribute to partner segmentation and strategic planning processes. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement the company's CRM roadmap and lead new system integrations. Provide training and ongoing support to partner teams to enhance CRM processes.
