Who you are
We are looking for a detail-oriented, skilled Creative Artworker to join our creative team and support on different campaigns throughout the year. In this role, you will be responsible for adapting and rolling out campaign Key Visuals across various print and digital formats, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
This role requires strong technical skills in layout adaptation, file preparation, and quality control to deliver production-ready assets across multiple channels.

What you’ll do


  • Adapt and roll out Key Visuals into multiple formats for print OOH and digital assets while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Ensure all assets align with the brand guidelines and meet technical specifications for different platforms.
  • Create and optimize artwork for Print OOH, DOOH, and a full digital suite, including Google Display Network (GDN), digital ads, and digital streaming platforms (DSPs).
  • Prepare and package files for final production, ensuring correct resolution, color profiles, and format requirements.
  • Work closely with the design, project managers, and motion graphics teams to ensure smooth execution of all deliverables.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all adaptations are pixel-perfect and error-free.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines across different campaigns.

What you bring


  • 3-4 years of experience as a Creative Artworker.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Solid understanding of print production processes, including large-format OOH adaptations.
  • Experience adapting creative assets across multiple sizes & formats for different digital platforms.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working closely with designers, marketers, and production teams.
  • Experience working on retail, e-commerce, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Experience working with linked files in Photoshop and Illustrator.
