At the heart of Trendyol's operations, our Core Commerce Team drives our commercial strategy, charting a course towards sustainable development and profitable growth.
Within this framework, our umbrella encompasses Category, Category Planning, Project Development, Marketplace, Services, International Fashion, and Global Platform teams, each a vital cog in our commercial strategy.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling placement processes for Trendyol Group's all corporate insurance activities (Both domestic and international)
- Managing relations in between insurance companies, intermediaries, internal stakeholders and insurance consultants
- Leading and following up all the policy payment schedules
- Leading all the claims processes from active policies
- Providing insurance consultancy services to group companies
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 6-10 years of experience on corporate risk or corporate insurance management
- Has existing relationships with major insurance companies and other parties (intermediaries, consultants, reinsurance companies, etc.)
- Be knowledgeable in all insurance lines (Life and Health, Property and Casualty)- SEGEM certificate - Agency or broker technical licence is required
- Has experience in providing client services to insureds (insurance sector experience should not be limited to underwriting or to other technical responsibilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences and Insurance Departments,
- Strong knowledge of engineering insurance, fire insurance and being familiar with other type of insurances(digital insurance, property insurance, liability insurance etc...) will be an asset,
- Continuously desire for self improvement,
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required,
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
- Strong excel skills,
- Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,
- A self-starter, ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision
