Job Description
Your contribution to something big :
- Controlling Business Partner of Building Technologies Fire Business for Türkiye, Middle East and Africa in Bosch Türkiye
- Ensuring accurate internal and external reports in IFRS basis to the decision-makers
- Monthly Business Reporting and monthly performance review for all KPI’s
- Business Plan and Forecast coordination including budgets, resources, measures and reports
- Monthly opportunities & risks analysis in terms of sales & profitability and support for action plans
- Make recommendations to drive optimal strategic results by KPI Analysis & Monitoring
- Ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
- Development of commercial processes and implementation of the controlling tools
- Special projects, e.g. developing of new business models, implementation of data-driven decision-making approach to improve financial planning and analysis capabilities
- Contract Management - Customer Contract Development, Review, and Negotiation
- Support of Pricelist creation
- Credit management, e.g.: Customer dispute management, review of orders on credit blocks, receivables, overdue
- Responsibility for mitigating and detective controls, GCRA (Global Corruption Risk Analysis)
- Support to Building Technologies partners regarding export business process (e.g. customs clearance)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- Master degree is a plus
- Min 3-5 years experience in the related functions such as Controlling, Management Reporting, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Budget Management etc.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
- High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for the responsibilities
- Self-motivated, target oriented and multi-tasking skills with strong time management
- Well-developed communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Advanced MS Office skills
- SAP CO and FI module knowledge is a must
- Preferably experience with databases such as "Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning" or "SAP Business Warehouse"
