You will be at the forefront of managing and leading a vibrant team, transforming our large-scale production processes. Your role isn't just to manage – it's to innovate, mentor, and excel. - Provide leadership to multiple production units, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and drive strategies for process optimisation, cost reduction, and meeting production targets.
- Analyse production metrics for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot operational issues and improve workflow.
- Demonstrable experience in managing large manufacturing operations, with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.
- A natural leader with a history of inspiring teams and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make swift decisions.
- Working knowledge of production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
