As a Compliance Manager for Türkiye, Georgia, and Kazakhstan, you are overseeing and managing compliance in your organization, ensuring that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe. You identify and analyze the risks that can occur to the company, its employees, and customers. You implement audits to ensure that the company’s safety and security standards and goals are reached in accordance with locals’ legislation. Your support, lead and manage the auditor team to drive the safety and security culture across your sales market.

This is a fulltime permanent position, offered on a local contract, will report to the Sales Security Manager, and based in our Support Office in Nişantaşı, Istanbul.
