Compensation & Market Insights Part-Time Intern
We are looking for a Compensation & Market Insights Intern to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for university students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in compensation and market research while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
What will you do?
- Assist in data collection efforts, including reaching out to participants and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support participant recruitment for surveys, research studies, and other projects.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for client reports.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed Excel-based reports, salary grids, and benchmarking analyses.
- Collaborate on the documentation and organization of compensation and benefits data.
- Provide logistical and administrative assistance for event organization related to research and client engagements.
- Support the team with basic analytics tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in project outputs.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- Currently enrolled in a university program in statistics, business, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with an interest in data analysis and analytics.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Ability to commit to a part-time, at least 2 days per week in the office.
- A strong interest in compensation, market research, and analytics.
- Curiosity to learn about employee experience and human resources consultancy.
- A collaborative mindset and the drive to contribute to meaningful projects.
