Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Develop and manage competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation policies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary payments, tax withholdings, and other deductions.
• Ensure payroll, compensation, and benefits programs comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and manage the compensation, benefits, and payroll budget, ensuring cost-effective implementation.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll, compensation, benefits plans, and any changes in policies.
• Partner with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives.
