As the Commercialisation Manager for MEA (Middle East and Africa), you will be responsible for managing and implementing the commercialisation strategies of Solenis' Instituonal product portfolio commercialization in the MEA region. The role focuses on ensuring that products, including chemicals, dispensers, equipment, spare parts, and machines, are successfully introduced or adapted into the market. You will work closely with key stakeholders from various departments to manage the product lifecycle, reduce complexity, and ensure portfolio integrity.
The Commercialisation Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the extension of product codes, ensuring market alignment, and overseeing the operational management of product introductions and changes.
This position will require travel across the MEA region and offers a hybrid working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in portfolio management, product lifecycle management, or commercialisation within a multinational company
- Familiarity with chemical products and tools such as dispensers, equipment, spare parts, and machines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through effective portfolio management.
- Experience in the MEA market is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercialisation process for chemicals and tools (dispensers, equipment, spare parts, machines) within the MEA region
- Drive the SKU data setup and maintenance in SAP and ensure accuracy across systems
- Oversee the Portfolio Change Request (PCR) process in Agile, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities
- Coordinate the product and Bill of Material (BOM) creation and updates in Agile
- Support SKU allocation, migration planning, and label creation for products across the region
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, supply chain, R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure smooth product introductions and lifecycle managemen
- Monitor and streamline processes for continuous improvement and cost optimization, particularly in localization efforts
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and customer requirements, providing documentation where necessary
- Regularly report progress on portfolio changes, challenges, and opportunities for growth within the MEA region
