Introduction to roleAre you ready to play a pivotal role in driving commercial success? As a Commercial Effectiveness Executive / Specialist, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring that our strategies are executed flawlessly. You will be responsible for preparing, calculating, and reporting sales incentive plans quarterly, distributing periodic sales targets, and monitoring performance using sales realization data. Additionally, you will coordinate physician profiling, segmentation, and targeting processes, aligning with field force objectives and sales managers. Your analytical skills will be crucial in optimizing the field force structure and presenting alternatives to business units. Administering CRM software and developing insightful reports on Power BI will also be part of your dynamic role.Accountabilities- Prepare, calculate, and report sales incentive plans quarterly.- Calculate and distribute periodic sales targets; monitor performance using sales realization data.- Process and report IQVIA data.- Coordinate physician profiling, segmentation, and targeting in line with field force objectives.- Analyse and optimize field force structure; present analysis to business units.- Administer PowerBI; develop analytical reports.- Ensure correct and regular usage of CRM software for follow-up and control.Essential Skills/Experience- University degree from a reputable university- Advanced command of written and spoken English- Sales Force Effectiveness / Commercial Effectiveness work experience in a leading pharma company and/or carried out an SFE project role  - Min 2 years related experience for specialist role   - Min 4 years related experience for executive role- Preferably experienced in using IQVIA Flexview, IAM- CRM systems and processes knowledge (Veeva etc.)- Excellent planning and implementation skills- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent team-working skills- High degree of interpersonal communication and strategic mindset- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications- Able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with a positive attitudeAt AstraZeneca, we are committed to making a meaningful impact on patients' lives through innovation and excellence.
