Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue management operations for multiple properties within a cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, implementing pricing strategies, and analyzing market trends to drive profitability.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies across multiple properties in the cluster
- Analyze market trends and competitive set to make pricing recommendations
- Monitor and adjust room rates and inventory to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to senior management
- Train and mentor revenue management teams across different properties in the cluster
-Designs and implements a continuous pro-active, selling strategy and action plan, which will drive the optimisation of hotel profits.
