Role Overview

As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will build and lead a world-class sales organization, drive market expansion, and execute a high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Your mission will be to establish a scalable sales practice, ensuring the company’s successful growth in new regions while maximizing revenue and market penetration.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth and drive new customer acquisition.


🔹 Market Expansion & GTM Leadership – Lead the company’s expansion into the EU region and beyond, defining effective GTM strategies, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring strong regional execution.


🔹 Sales Team Leadership & Development – Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing, results-driven sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.


🔹 Enterprise & B2B Sales Excellence – Own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong focus on enterprise and B2B sales.


🔹 Strategic Partnerships – Identify and cultivate partnerships that enhance market reach, support customer acquisition, and create new revenue streams.


🔹 Performance & Forecasting – Establish KPIs, sales forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure predictable and sustainable revenue growth.


🔹 Executive Leadership & Collaboration – Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align sales efforts with overall business strategy, product development, and customer success.


What You Bring
  • Proven Sales Leadership – 10+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within SaaS, enterprise solutions, or mar-tech industries.
  • B2B & Enterprise Sales Expertise – Strong background in complex, high-value B2B sales, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating enterprise deal cycles.
  • Go-To-Market & International Expansion Experience – A track record of successfully launching and scaling sales operations in new markets, preferably in Europe.
  • Data-Driven & Strategic Thinker – Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize strategy and execution.
  • Hands-On, Growth-Focused Leader – Comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Financial & Forecasting Acumen – Experience in sales forecasting, revenue planning, and financial performance tracking to ensure growth and profitability.
