Role Overview
As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for all revenue-generating processes, driving growth, and aligning strategic vision across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. You will play a critical role in scaling the business, optimizing revenue strategies, and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive sustainable growth across sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Sales Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Market Expansion: Lead the company’s global expansion efforts, defining go-to-market (GTM) strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships that enhance market reach, customer acquisition, and new revenue streams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and key performance metrics to optimize sales cycles, improve revenue outcomes, and refine growth strategies.
- Executive Leadership: As a core executive team member, contribute to business decisions, providing insights that align with long-term company objectives.
- Budget & Forecasting: Oversee revenue forecasting and financial planning, ensuring accurate pipeline analysis and performance tracking.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in senior sales and revenue leadership roles, preferably in SaaS, enterprise solutions, or mar-tech industries.
- B2B Sales Expertise: Strong background in complex B2B sales, managing marketing and sales teams; experience with customer success and partner management is a plus.
- Market & Competitive Insight: Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and revenue performance to drive strategic decision-making.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies to maximize lifetime value.
- Global Expansion Experience: Experience in leading go-to-market strategies for international growth.
- Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance metrics.
- Hands-On & Strategic: Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
