The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to drive key initiatives, ensure operational efficiency, and provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and improve internal processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the executive team.
  • Track and drive CEO-led projects across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Partner with the leadership team to set strategic objectives and oversee their execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence reports for CEO initiatives.
  • Attend key meetings, take actionable notes, and ensure follow-ups are executed.
  • Organize executive-level events, town halls, and leadership offsites.
  • Work closely with department heads to drive collaboration, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Own the project management to drive execution on critical initiatives while balancing quality, speed and flexibility.
  • Lead special projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing best practices.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and leadership teams.
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines with good time management skills.
  • Excellent command of English
