The Position
We are looking for a Chapter Assistant for the Policy, Government Affairs & Business Excellence Chapter at Roche Pharma Türkiye.
What You Will Do:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for Policy, Government Affairs & Business Excellence chapter activities.
- Maintain records of events, activities, purchase orders, and project-specific documentation related to marketing and sales.
- Support the planning and execution of projects managed by individuals or teams in the chapter.
- Assist event planning teams with travel arrangements, presentation materials, booth collateral, and vendor coordination.
- Manage special projects and perform research and data analysis, preparing reports and actionable recommendations.
- Play an active role in organizing and managing the chapter’s training meetings and other events.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight, visa, and hotel reservations, while maintaining related documentation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes for Administrative Affairs and IT departments, ensuring efficiency and quality in vendor selection and contract processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners on category strategies, procedural updates, and developments.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, including segmentation, due diligence, and performance assessments.
- Meet KPIs such as savings, PO compliance, and payment terms, while monitoring and addressing reports like Addressable Spend.
- Work closely with the procurement team to handle ad hoc requests and projects.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational organization with high operating standards.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on follow-up and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and flexible to change.
