Job Description

Channel Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy across Private Hospital accounts, working closely with HCP and Payer and Patient Empowerment Marketing Managers to tailor and drive initiatives and projects on account basis.


Key Responsibilities:


Patient & Customer Understanding


  • Collaborates cross-functionally to gather the right level of insight based on the evolving needs of patient, customer and competitor landscape, balancing with digital solutions and delivering differentiated omnichannel plans.
  • Leverages segmentation and personas, which are data and insight-driven based on customer needs and attitudes.
  • Understands the role of the patient and customer journey and identifies key touchpoints.

Compelling Strategies


  • Deep therapy area (product and disease) understanding.
  • Ability to understand the brand positioning and adapt materials liaising with HCP & Payer Marketing Manager to tailor materials based on private accounts with strong buy-in and insights from private account FLSLs.

Exceptional Customer Experience


  • Identifies opportunities and develops projects/ideas to establish the ideal vaccination journey at specific accounts by collaborating and leading X-functional teams.
  • Ability to set clear and impactful campaign objectives and conduct regular tests of different content types across different personas.
  • Understands channel differentiation and specific marketing needs to drive an impactful customer experience.

Performance Management


  • Sets clear and focused LEAD/LAG KPIs that demonstrate progress and impact and ensure regular tracking, evaluation and follow-up.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with pharmaceutical marketing and the code of promotion
  • Experience crafting high-impact customer experience plans that conform to local market needs
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing
