You will report to Senior Director Medical & Marketing Business Area (BA) Africa (BAAF) and the role is based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The Position
As a Marketing Director, you will independently develop a mid to long-term marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on cardiometabolic portfolio strategy, driving launches, campaigns, and provide strong guidance for execution. You will define the go-to-market strategy, apply a market-fit approach by aligning with global/regional cross-functional medico-marketing guidance and strategy and prepare the organization for the current and future business needs and ensure the cardiometabolic portfolio achieves its full potential.
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in business or life-sciences. You have at least 7 years of years of proven experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare, regulated industry busi-ness development and marketing in commercial setting and deep understanding of medical data & marketing, developing strategies and executing on management level. You have the knowledge gained by commercial/marketing positions with experience and ability to work cross functionally. Regional or a business area experience is an advantage. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken English.
