Do you want to join Dow's HR team to help provide a positive and meaningful employee experience?  We are seeking an HR intern to be based in our Istanbul office for 12 months to support our leaders and employees in Türkiye & Russia.
 


Responsibilities / Duties


  • Acts as a point-of-contact for HR inquiries
  • Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate, but remains responsible through to completion
  • Tracks progress, and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries
  • Collaborate with the local Türkiye & Russia HR Partner to ensure a seamless delivery of HR Partner services
  • Support for any local activities relating to the onboarding of new employees and exit process of any departing employees.
  • Collaborating with our Workforce Administration team within Dow’s HR Solutions organization on any local activities needed to support leaders and employees with administration relating to the employee life cycle in HR
  • Support any payroll activities required at a local level
  • Ensure all employee records are accurate and maintained accordingly local requirements.

Qualifications


  • A degree in Human Resources or Humar Resources related discipline.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English & German would be an added advantage.
