What you’ll do Focuses upon the provision of advice and administration and provides services across the related function in line with procedures and concepts.
Ensures a high quality of work and influences business decisions through council or advice using specific skills and expertise. Typically reports to the Manager.Who you are * Demonstrates a good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience and advises on customer inquiries and complaints and executes administrative activities;* Supports the team to deliver activities related, but not limited to providing product and service information to customers and identifying upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships;* Responds to customer inquiries and complaints to enable the achievement of the strategy;* Provides the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints for new and existing customers;* Owns strong and strategic relationships internally and externally to gain customer trust in all aspects of all operational support and delivery;* Performs assigned tasks related to the design, delivery and implementation of programmes to support customer needs;* Acts as the �Face of Vodafone� during events that impact our customers with the aim of facilitating discussions between internal parties and the customer contact point, through to resolution;* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.Not a perfect fit?
