We are looking for a Business Operations Expert in our Power Tools division for Reporting & Controlling;
• Providing input to management by monitoring, reporting, analyzing all relevant KPI's on regional level for Türkiye and Middle East (TGS, EBIT, costs, HC, receivables)
• P&L steering, conducting business plan (BP), cost tracking, budget controlling
• Ensure implementation of Bosch & Power Tools governance policy (payment terms, credit limit approvals)
• Tracking customer bonus agreements
• Responsibility for audit conformity, key partner for sales controls
• Supporting automation initiatives in the area of reporting
• Role expert for Power Tools specific tools (BI reporting tool, rebate tool, customer master data)
• At least 2 years experience in related functions
• Excellent communication skills, both vertical and horizontal
• Analytical approach, experienced at working with data
• Self motivated and able to handle various tasks under tight deadlines
• Willingness in collaborating with international teams, project groups
