Job Description
- Ensure the development and implementation of the current BI Strategy; foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization and amplify the business analytical capabilities within the affiliate.
- Performance Management – prepare, consolidate and analyze Sales Team performance, monthly, quarterly, yearly and propose solution for improvement of sales management performance principles; manage and own Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
- Establish and track clear success criteria, KPIs, and other performance metrics for all reporting functions.
- Oversee the creation, optimization, and dissemination of sales and performance reports that inform business strategies and drive actionable insights.
- Support Brand Teams and actively participate in Brand Team meetings.
- Monitor and support team members managing the Veeva CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and functionality for sales teams.
- Lead the design and execution of market research studies, providing strategic insights for product positioning, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure research findings are integrated into brand strategies and decision-making processes.
- Localize and implement global BI solutions (e.g., Fusion), continuously enhancing Master Data Management within the affiliate.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from cross-functional teams, providing timely and relevant insights that address specific business needs.
- Develop and execute strategic data initiatives and set operational priorities in coordination with MABI analytics teams, Data Strategy, sales operations, and BTS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s (in fields like business, system or commercial analytics, IT/systems).
- Strong experience with data usage in incentive compensation and crediting, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience with data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI), and familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Veeva
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
