Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters or Bursa & Manisa Plants.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement Smart Start

We are looking for an Intern to join our Development of Business Excellence team. In this role, you will help with processmanagement, basic data analysis, and continuous improvement activities. You will also use your HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to support internal projects and tools.

Your contribution to something big:

Process Management & Improvement

• Help map, review, and improve our processes.
• Assist in workshops where we look at how we can make our work flows better (VSDiA workshops).

Basic Data Analysis

• Collect and review data about our performance.
• Prepare simple reports to support decisions.

Continuous Improvement Projects

• Help design a new company-wide suggestion system to gather ideas from employees.
• Support training sessions and other events that teach people about continuous improvement.

Web & Development Tasks

• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create or update simple internal web pages.
• Work with team members to improve user-friendly designs.

Team Collaboration

• Work with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Sales) to meet project goals.
• Share new ideas to help the team improve.

What distinguishes you:

• You are a student in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject.
• You have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (must-have).
• You are interested in continuous improvement and making processes better.
• You like to analyze data and find better ways of doing things.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You are interested in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods and want to learn more.
• You are eager to learn, open-minded, and pay attention to details.
