Job Description

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
  1. Develop and implement business enablement strategies, roadmaps, and plans aligned with project objectives, organizational goals, and industry best practices.
  2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify business challenges, opportunities, and requirements for improvement.
  • Process Optimization:
  1. Assess existing business processes, workflows, and procedures related to water and wastewater projects to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  2. Lead process optimization initiatives to streamline workflows, standardize procedures, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Technology Enablement:
  1. Evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions, tools, and platforms to support project management, collaboration, and data analytics for water and wastewater projects.
  2. Drive the adoption and integration of digital technologies, such as project management information systems (PMIS), geographic information systems (GIS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Change Management:
  1. Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies among project teams and stakeholders.
  2. Engage with business users, provide training and support, and address resistance to change to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Performance Measurement:
  1. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of business enablement initiatives on project outcomes, resource utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management:
  1. Identify risks, challenges, and dependencies related to business enablement activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure project success.
  2. Proactively address issues, escalate concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
