What You Will Do?
- Monitor and analyze key operational metrics.
- Diagnose problems.
- Constructively criticize current way of doing things.
- Design the most-effective processes.
- Actively collaborate with other functions to implement those processes.

What Do You Need?
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Up to 2 years of experience, in a role where you designed or optimized operational processes and conducted analyses for solving business problems.
- Good knowledge of MS excel and experience in interpreting complex data.
- Amazing observation skills to identify pain points.
- An analytical mindset. Here you analyze first, act second.
- We are a startup with really complex (&amazing) business problems. You need to be qualified to identify and overcome them.
- Willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments.
- Resilience.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional management. You’ll work together with really cool teams.
