Job Description:
- Manage and track the performance of team members, evaluating service quality, and taking corrective actions when necessary,
- Engage in new discussions to conduct business development, expanding the customer portfolio and existing team,
- Maintaining communication with current customers and ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Consistently achieve sales targets and drive continuous growth,
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot,
- Making plans and preparing reports to reach set/forthcoming KPIs,
- Creating budgets for projects that is in external sourcing business line and monitoring costs,
- Identifying potential risks related to outsourcing processes, evaluating and managing these risks,
- Staying in communication with other departments within the company and ensuring the business strategy aligns with the company's overall goals.
