Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. S(he) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with Ceyhan site-specific business goals. This role involves working closely with site leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement & relations, support talent management, and drive operational excellence. Human Resources Specialist will act as a trusted advisor, addressing HR needs and challenges specific to the site and ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Job Description:


Sales Development:


  • Analyze domestic market dynamics to identify existing and potential customers.
  • Develop new customer acquisition and sales growth strategies for the Baking Ingredients segment.
  • Establish and implement sales strategies and annual targets, monitor progress, and ensure achievement of objectives.

Channel Development:


  • Build partnerships with new and existing distributors, direct customers, and corporate clients.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of sales channels, propose improvement opportunities, and introduce new business models.
  • Collaborate with the Baking Center to develop customer-focused solutions and provide training support.
  • Work with the Marketing team to create promotion and campaign strategies to strengthen corporate channel presence.

Customer and Market Management:


  • Expand the existing customer portfolio and increase penetration in the corporate channel.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams to drive new product launches and innovations, coordinating with production teams.
  • Manage customer complaints and requests, supporting continuous improvement processes.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, channel growth, and customer relations, presenting them to the Sales Director.
  • Track regional business development goals and KPIs, optimizing performance.
  • Conduct analytical evaluations on product demand, pricing, and market trends to develop growth strategies.

Fluency in Turkish, a valid work permit in Turkey, and a strong understanding of local market dynamics are required.
