More about the role
This role is responsible for managing Operations (manufacturing and supply chain for archetype ATO/ETO) within a sub vertical
Operational:

• Coordinates & leads the demand forecasting activities for projects in Professional Business (trade, end users, CSI)
• Responsible for 18 mth rolling CAG forecast for ATO/ETO
• Executes the PIPO process for planning on CAG level
• Responsible for aligning project forecast with Sales Leaders
• Responsible for Bilateral meeting - project forecasting factory alignment
• Manage the interaction with the manufacturing regarding the ATO/ETO products and fulfillment Planners for MTS/MTO that are part of the project specification.
• Takes corrective action plan for obsolete stock of components coming from the project forecast.
• Support best in class Customer Service through on time in product availability for ATO/ETO
• Provide supply update for ATO/ETO portfolio towards sales stakeholders.
• In case of the scarcity manages allocations within allocation set rules on business side for ATO/ETO

Financial:

• Focus on business results, realizes revenue plans through proper ATO/ETO products forecasting & planning.
• Give input on (component) obsolescence through effectively assessing risk buys to allow for proper decision making within the commercial organization.

Customer:

• Increases customer satisfaction and focus upon improved quality and delivery performance.
• Increase responsiveness of organization on customer requirements

• Products and technical sensitivity
• Good SAP/APO knowledge
• Experience with structured problem solving.
• Ability to work in an international environment with different cultures and working styles
• Fluent in English (business fluent)
• Knowledge and experience in applying LEAN principles
