• To plan and control the washing-spraying-disinfection programs of the coops where the chicks will be placed, to keep reports and records throughout the process
• To report weekly loss-weight and coop management information and to enter data regularly,
• To ensure that the coops they are responsible for comply with biosecurity rules and to follow up,
• To regularly provide the numbers and weights in the wrapping-slaughtering programs of the coops they are responsible for and to train the breeder on these issues,
• To provide practical training on routine nipple line cleaning and vaccination practices in the coops,
• To manage the coop panel in accordance with the standards in the coops they are responsible for,
• To plan production in accordance with the budget and the determined KPIs and take action,
• To perform other tasks related to the job and profession given by the manager.

• Graduates of Veterinary Faculties of Universities,
• Preferably fluent in English,
• Having a Class B driver's license and being able to actively drive,
• Being able to use MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) programs well,
• Having knowledge of broiler management,
• Having high stress management skills,
• Having strong communication skills,
• Solution-oriented,
• Prone to teamwork,
• High persuasiveness,
• Proactive, able to adapt to changes,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours,
• Preferably residing or able to reside in Bandırma.
