Getir is a tech company. We are writing the book on super-fast delivery and ‘democratizing laziness’. Our journey started in 2015 by simply bringing groceries to your door, via our simple/sophisticated app. All within minutes. Today, Getir brings hot food, and well your weekly groceries.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop Getir’s brand strategy, define brand positioning, and set long-term objectives that align with business goals.
- Leverage strategic insights and data-driven analysis to craft differentiated brand positioning and narratives.
- Create brand communication strategies and ensure the execution of these strategies across all channels (TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing, etc.)
- Manage campaigns and communication projects from start to finish; take responsibility in all stages including idea development, creative processes, media planning, and performance tracking
- Develop innovative and competitive solutions to increase brand awareness, focusing on customer-centric strategies
- Apply strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset to adapt brand strategies to changing market conditions, customer needs and business priorities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop strategies that differentiate the brand
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with goals
- Manage the brand budget and ensure maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with the internal team to support the achievement of brand objectives
What We are Looking for:
- Experience working in fast-paced sectors (preferably FMCG, technology, or e-commerce)
- Preferably 3-4 years’ experience for executive, + 5 years experience in advertising, brand management for manager
- Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of solving complex branding challenges.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of digital channels and social media dynamics
- English language proficiency is preferred
