Job Description

  • Financial Data Consolidation: Collect and consolidate financial data from various functions ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reporting: Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for affiliate Management team and Region.
  • Analysis: Perform variance analysis(actual vs budget) and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and discrepancies. Run ad-hoc analysis to identify possible financial impacts of decisions made
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the consolidation process.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with various finance teams, including accounting, Brand Finance to facilitate smooth consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Systems and Tools: Utilize financial consolidation software to streamline the consolidation process and ensure data integrity.
  • Business Unit Responsibility: Support business unit in determining their sales and expense forecasts.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferably in Management, Economics or Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience inc. 3 years solid experience gained at roles that require and utilize strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Expert in Excel skills & data handling; modelling experience is an asset
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
