Job Description

We seek a passionate and experienced Marketing Director to lead our client's B2B marketing efforts, optimize lead generation, and spearhead demand creation while managing our SDR team to bolster the sales pipeline.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, Launch, and Scale: Design and implement acquisition strategies across multiple channels, supported by solid measurement and attribution frameworks.
  • Optimize Performance: Leverage test-and-learn strategies to enhance targeting, creativity, audience segmentation, and user experience.
  • Drive Collaboration: Unite the acquisition, retention, and SDR teams to achieve shared growth goals.
  • Enhance CRM Journeys: Develop customer-centric lifecycle journeys for onboarding, engagement, upselling, and retention.
  • Own KPIs: Present customer acquisition cost, ROI, and pipeline growth performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Innovate Martech: Partner with the product team to identify and adopt technologies to boost campaign outcomes.
  • Deliver Impactful Campaigns: Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to execute campaigns that resonate with our audience.

What You Bring


  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing, CRM strategies, or demand generation, preferably within a software/technology environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with experience in building dashboards and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong capability in managing marketing and SDR teams to drive results and foster collaboration.
  • Sales-Oriented Perspective: Deep understanding of sales processes and the role marketing plays in driving pipeline success.
  • Agility and Resilience: Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in performance marketing channels in B2B (Social, Search, Programmatic).
  • Prior experience in the technology or software consulting industry.
