Background & Qualifications


  • Being a 3rd / 4th year undergraduate student or a 1st year post graduate student in an accredited university
  • Able to work minimum 3 days availability per week
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English
  • Competent in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Being able to accommodate in Istanbul during the intenship period
  • High degree of analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze,
  • Having excellent communication skills
  • Customer and result-oriented.

Job Description


  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Screening resumes and application forms
  • Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Following-up exam results of the candidates
  • Updating the candidate lists for each role by working closely with related HRBP
  • Updating internal databases with new employees, job changes
  • Taking active role in internal HR activities
  • To contribute as an active member of HR Team
