For this role, you will be expected to be located in Istanbul Türkiye; a part of TWAL (Turkey, West Asia, Levant) Region.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Takes responsibility for doing the right thing, to build reputation for operating with the highest ethical and legal/compliance standards.
- Ensures all events and meetings are compliant in accordance with Medtronic Business Conduct Standards (BCS).
- Plans and coordinates the timely completion of event documents and deliverables.
- Works closely with sales & marketing teams with organizing the Health Care Professional (HCP) related events.
- Is responsible for organizing and supporting internal and external events (transportation, catering, location, accommodation etc).
- Develops plans, budgets, and generates reports providing information on cost-per-contact, audience profiles, and representatives' comments.
- Remains current on new trends in exhibit design.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; with an emphasis on Tourism & Hotel Management, business/health administration is preferred.
- Qualified knowledge in use of Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
- Fluency in Turkish and English both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task with an aptitude for teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Event Management experience will be preferrable.
