You will:
  • Develop a deep understanding of your domain, becoming the go-to expert on customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Identify gaps in how users interact with your product area and implement improvements that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Utilize data to analyze user behavior, validate hypotheses, and inform product decisions.
  • Manage the product knowledge base and documentation within your domain.
  • Plan and execute the product roadmap in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver products that meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing to validate product assumptions.
  • Define, measure, and track success metrics to evaluate the impact of new features and iterations.
You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related field.
  • Up to 2 years of product management or ownership experience, ideally in marketplaces or consumer tech.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Interest in building technical understanding to effectively collaborate with developers (coding skills not required).
  • Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency or willingness to learn.
  • Natural curiosity, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong documentation and writing skills.
